Accommodation: Residence of the 70s, quiet and sunny, offering beautiful views. Free uncovered communal parking at the bottom of the residence. Access is via stairs. The slopes are about 300 meters by two possible accesses and shops are close (sport stores and supermarket).Very well equipped apartment of about 40m2, located on the 2nd floor without elevator (entrance to level 1) in a quiet residence in Plan Peisey, close to shops and close to the chairlift of the parkey. Rented for up to 6 people, it consists of an entrance, a bedroom with 2 sets of 2 bunk beds, a bathroom with washing machine and separate toilet, a separate kitchen overlooking a dining area that can accommodate 6 people comfortably. The living room is equipped with a set of stork beds and isolated from the rest of the apartment by a curtain allowing to make it a separate night corner.The apartment is facing South West and the balcony offers a beautiful open view of the mountains and the valley. Equipment: Dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, ceramic hobs, Nespresso coffee makers + filters. Dry washing machine. Television. Rented with a ski locker. Sleeps: 2x2 bunk beds (advised for children, only from 6 years old), 1 set of pullaway beds.Sanitary: a separate bathroom and toiletFree public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.Practice: Bedding is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (Out of summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered as a supplement. You can book your ski lift packages, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.You collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be issued without bail.End-of-stay household not included.INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved. Tissue loieties should not be removed from clean beds. Beds must be unladen correctly with the duvets folded and placed at the feet of each bed.
