GOOD NEIGHBOR INFO: We encourage a sense of community and respect for all our neighbors and guests. We are proud that our guests are respectful of the surrounding neighbors.

SAN DIEGO BEACH RULES: Please note you will be ticketed if not followed:
• Do not take glass of any kind to the beach
• No drinking on the beach or boardwalk or seawall
• No smoking/vaping on the beach

PROPERTY RULES:
1. Please be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were your own.
2. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside. There is a $500 fine for smoking in or outside of the property.
3. No loud noises or parties are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
4. Please do not bring any additional guests onto the property without the prior approval of the host.
5. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property.
6. Please do not use any appliances or equipment that are not specifically designated for guest use.
7. If you have any issues or problems during your stay, please contact us immediately so that they can be resolved.
We maintain a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing the neighbors. No smoking in the property.

Great location

The property was a perfect spot for our trip to San Diego for a softball tournament. Close to the beach and fun, but also close to many other areas of the greater San Diego area. Would totally stay again!

Location!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect! We were traveling with our 4 month old baby the unit came with a high chair, a small folding high chair and a pack n play! It was perfect for our family!

Great unit and location

Super cute and great location. Only complaint was hearing the upstairs apartment people walk around late at night (and some usual noise from people outside, but too be expected and not that bad). We loved that there was a white noise machine we used for our kids’ room and my husband and I dealt with the noise, but could also hear the ocean. We loved the location and could easily walk to Belmont or PB, each about 15 mins. The beach is about 100 steps away and was amazing. Beware—the unit says it has a parking spot, but it will only fit a compact car. It’s a shared garage and when we got there there was already car in the garage at a slight angle that made it too tight in the back to fit our car and because there was another car parked along the alley, there was no way we could get into the garage the first day. We did find free street parking about 6 blocks away.
