CHARMING APARTMENT ON THE DRC WITH TERRACE IN RESIDENCE IN QUIET JONZAC
Located close to the heart of town and 2 km from the spa center, our accommodation is appreciated for its location and comfort.
Small residence of 12 homes, located on 2000 m2 fully enclosed and secured by an automatic gate. Parking for residents.
This accommodation of 45 m2 has a fenced terrace of 16m2 furnished with garden furniture and deckchairs. He owns :
- a living room with a sofa bed (sleeping 150x200) for 2 people, a flat screen TV 82 cm and reversible air conditioning
- a kitchen area, equipped with: oven, ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils
- 1 bedroom in 2nd day with separation bay workshop with a bed of 160X200 equipped with quality French bedding (brand Duvivier)
- 1 bathroom with a vanity unit two drawers
- 1 separate WC.
We offer you as an option:
- The Pack linen (bed made on your arrival, towels and tea towels): 35 € / person
A deposit of 200 € will be required upon arrival or by check not cashed and will be returned after the inventory of places of exit.
