Charming village house with a quiet garden in the heart of the historic center of Frejus.
Completely renovated, attic ceiling with traditional bleached furniture inspired by St Tropez 60's.
The house offers all comfort you could wish for, the photos speak for themselves. Close to many shops and the beach. Sports and other activities are offered at Base Nature, also close by.
Possibility to keep bikes on the terrace (free), free parking nearby, but also paid, box possible to store car, jet ski, paddles and water activity equipment or other equipments on site.

You might not know it yet, but 60 years ago, "Le Magnolia" was a hotel when the first vacationers came to Fréjus
We met the builder's daughter of this place, she really touched us with her story. There was a laundry in the square and the vacationers took their shower outside. I assure you it is inside now. This lady spent the best years of her life at Le Magnolia.
This is why me and my husband decided to revive this place. We had to put everything to standard, a year of work. We salute the work and intelligence of this man who was the former owner and we have kept some history in the vault of the kitchen, which you can see in one of the photos.
I am pretty sure your stay will be unforgettable.

Marie Christines house is situated in Fréjus, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, Frankrike.

You can go for a drink at the Coxx, 150 m down the street or to the bar market situated right in the city center. A very nice thing to do when the market is giving life to the streets.

Strole around the Villa Marie to read books, listen to music and enjoy the exceptional garden or get some fresh air down by the sea side while jogging in the Base Nature.

Located between Cannes and St Tropez you are 2 minutes from the train station, and 3 minutes from the bus line by foot. Europe Car for car rental is only 5 minutes away.
You are very close to all there is to offer. An enjoyable walk to the beach or sports activity area by foot takes 20 minutes. Shops and restaurants are 3 minutes away and theater and tourist office only 5 minutes away.
