Pretty house with pool in the heart of Orient Bay

Located in the heart of the village of Orient Bay, our house is located 2 minutes walk from the beach, one of the most beautiful on the island. You are close to the village square, with its small shops (casino, bakery, etc.) and its very good restaurants.

Welcome to our charming house that we have completely renovated.

It is a house on two levels:
* On the ground floor:
You enter a large living space: a magnificent American kitchen open to the living room, itself open to the terrace and the swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional (dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, oven, induction hob, etc.) with a large bar plan for taking your meals.
You have a wc on the ground floor.
On the terrace, you will find a large table to take your meals under the shelter of a large parasol and a barbecue so that you can make wonderful grilled fresh fish.
Around the swimming pool, you can lounge on two comfortable Chileans accompanied by a cocktail.
*Upstairs:
You will find the 2 bedrooms with double bed, dressing room and each its own bathroom.
One of the bedrooms has a magnificent terrace overlooking the swimming pool.
There is also a separate toilet.
