Located across from the Aspen Golf Course, this home has front row views of Pyramid Peak and is bathed in sunshine all year. Hop on the tracks in the winter to enjoy cross country skiing or take an evening stroll in the summer.

This home is a throwback of the 70's with today's modern twists. Just recently remodeled with Today's finishes and is ready for your next visit. Living room has a great view across to Highlands, gas fireplace and an open kitchen makes for a great back drop to a wonderful evening at home.

Primary bedroom is located on the main level along with the living room, kitchen and dining room along with a half bath. Step down into another great living space with a TV and pool table. This level has a bedroom and bath. Lower level has three bedrooms, two baths and a living area with a TV and cozy furniture to kick back and watch a movie.

This is located five minutes or less to downtown Aspen. You can catch the Cemetery Lane Bus into town or ride a bike on the path. Perfect place to enjoy a visit anytime.

House meets minimum needs

had a broken furnace but fixed it the second day although the place was freezing since the windows are single pane. Sauna didn't work. furnace downstairs had a motor that was about to go making a lot of noise and keeping people up. supposed to be remodeled in this year 2020 but not sure if these things will get fixed. Cooking utencils are there but missing some basic stuff like sponges, soap, etc. Cups and glasses are minimal too. Brenda, the Agent was very responsive and accommodating however. brought us heaters on the first night since it was cold, hair dryer for a friend, brought over a toaster, got the furnace working again, etc.

We certainly addressed the concerns in a timely and courteous manner to make your stay the best it could be. Issues do arise with any home which were unforeseen and we apologize for any inconvenience. We do not have the sauna listed as an amenity so it was not offered in the rental. You asked for a credit for your troubles which we graciously met.
