The Space:

What we love- This condo is one of just a few with a sunset facing exposure, allowing guests to catch the world famous Captiva sunsets from the comfort of their upscale condo. Crisp, cool, breezes from the comfort of your lanai as you sip coffee in the morning. Relax and take much needed naps in any of the three posturepedic mattresses after a long day at the beach. Take advantage of community gas grilles to achieve those perfect grill marks on your catch of the day after fishing with one of the many guides out of Bayside Marina. Catch up on Netflix on any of the 50``+ HD televisions in the unit, for those lazy days in the condo.



The Beach Villas complex enjoys its own private beach access that is hidden from view. The walk to the beach is pure serenity!



Guest Access:

Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Beach Villas complex, including a heated pool, tennis courts, grill and cooking area, and a communal laundry room. The unit is located within a five minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where one can enjoy great dining and shopping. We provide high-end beach gear that guests can use during their stay. Our repeat guests prefer staying with us over booking through the resort as you are GUARANTEED the unit you book online, what you see is what you get! Staying with us guarantees you a fantastic unit, access to pools and beaches less than a minute from your room, first-class guest services, and far more economical pricing.

The Neighborhood:

The unit is located within the Beach Villas complex and it is located on the beach side, steps to beach and in walking distance to downtown Captiva.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around on Captiva is a golf cart, or on bikes. You can Uber from RSW Airport for just $50-70 and really will not require a car while here unless planning to visit Sanibel and neighboring areas.



Other Things to Note:

Guests are required to sign a rental agreement upon booking.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.



Interaction with Guests:

We provide guests with as much privacy as they would like, yet are available in an instant as needed to address any issues, large or small. We are available through phone, text, e-mail, and in person any time assistance is needed and are equipped to handle any guest request.

Long Weekend over Easter Break

Wonderful long weekend with our girls! Enjoyed the beach and shelling, gorgeous sunsets, pool, exploring the island by golf cart, great restaurants and many happy memories made. Will definitely come back! The unit was perfect for our family of four. Clean, well stocked, and so conveniently located close to everything.

Beautiful weekend at South Seas

Place was very clean. Short walk to the beach with lots of extras- towels, chairs, umbrellas. Beds were comfortable. Bsthrooms clean. Kitchen was very usable although with our short trip we didn’t have an opportunity to use it much The pool closest to the property was under construction but there was a pool a short walk away that we used. The pool doesn’t have much shady area. The beach is nice, beautiful dolphins swimming close by, nice walking. Just be careful of the fishermen. My daughter walked right into a fishing line that blended into the air. Property managers were very nice. The island is beautiful but there is still quite a bit of rebuilding going on due to the hurricane. Sad to see but I am sure everything will be back and even more beautiful in the years to come. Starbucks is great and close but know it closes early -1:30p. The little mini mart as well as many restaurants were very inclusive for my daughter who is gluten free and dairy free which for us was a big bonus.

Perfect accomodations for a family wedding

We rented this property for a family wedding on the island. IT WAS PERFECT!!! We are a family of 6 and had plenty of room to relax, prep for the wedding and enjoy the view. We were right on the beach and had easy access to the rest of the resort. Thanks so much for sharing your paradise with us....we traveled down from cold Pennsylvania!!

Captivating spot on Captiva!

This clean, well-appointed property was just as pictured. There were sufficient supplies for our group and property management was responsive to our needs. Beautiful views of the ocean from the screened-in porch and we loved being so close to the pool & beach. Located near the entrance to South Seas, the unit was within walking distance to downtown Captiva’s restaurants & shops. Would definitely recommend this property!

We were pleasantly surprised how clean and nicely decorated the condo was. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all the amenities and tools you might need. We were able to see the beautiful sunset from our balcony. My only complaint and suggestion would be to offer better towels and a bit more of a starter set for the basics, toilet paper, shampoo etc. Overall pleased with the location and accommodations.

Perfect condo in Captiva

I’ve stayed in Captiva a dozen times, mainly at South Seas and this was my first try at a VRBO. This beach Villa condo was gorgeous. This unit was beautifully Updated (some of the units are in desperate need of an update) and extremely clean. We enjoyed the beach views, beach access, and walkability to all the amenities on Captiva. Would absolutely rent this unit again.

Wonderful week on Captiva!

We’ve stayed at South Seas before, both at VRBOs and through the resort. This was by far the nicest property! It was beautifully renovated and decorated. It was easy to work with our VRBO host. He answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. We look forward to returning to South Seas again and staying at this property.
