Schönes Chalet aber Agentur könnte besser sein
Das Chalet war wirklich sehr schön und hat eine wunderbare Aussicht. Aber der check-in Vorgang mit der Agentur war nicht so angenehm.
1. Obwohl ich schon eine Anzahlung getätigt habe, wollte die Agentur mir nicht die genaue Adresse des Chalets geben. Man hat mir nur eine Karte gegeben mit der ungefähren Lage. Das hat das finden von dem Chalet etwas erschwert. Und es war ein wenig verwirrend, weil die Adresse auf fewo eigentlich die Adresse der Agentur ist. Das war suboptimal, weil ich dann davon ausgegangen bin dass der Bus direkt zum chalet fuhr. Dabei war es 1km weiter weg, mit skiern ist das schon weit.
2. Das chalet hat eigentlich nur 11 Betten obwohl es für 12 Personen ausgeschrieben war.
3. Das wifi passwort hat nicht funktioniert.
4. Die Bett Wäsche musste man selbst bei der Agentur abholen und wieder abgeben. Und man hat uns anfangs die falsche Bettwäsche gegeben.
