Welcome to Villa Playera, a beautiful beach house in a quiet and family oriented setting. This ocean view villa offers a private heated pool, spacious interiors, and a relaxed atmosphere perfect for unforgettable stays. Whether you are enjoying the breeze from the balcony or sharing meals in the outdoor gazebo, the home is built for comfort, privacy, and connection.

On the upper level, you will enjoy a spectacular view from the master bedroom with its private bathroom suite and king bed. This floor also includes a second bedroom with a king bed and its private bathroom, along with a third bedroom with bunk beds, twin on top and full on the bottom with a twin trundle, also with its own bathroom. This level offers a full kitchen and televisions with Dish Network in the master and the family area.

The first floor features one bedroom with a queen bed and a private full bathroom. This level also includes a half bathroom, a laundry room, another full kitchen, and a spacious living and dining area with a beautiful ocean view and a television station included.

Outdoors, you will find a beautiful gazebo with a full outdoor kitchen and BBQ station, a heated pool, a ping pong table, and a peaceful garden area perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. There is also a full bathroom dedicated to the pool area.

In total, the villa offers five and a half bathrooms, providing privacy and comfort for every guest.

For your peace of mind, the house includes full air conditioning throughout, a generator, and a water cistern to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay during any emergency.

Villa Playera was paradise. It was very comfortable with great amenities and the beach is right there. It's location was great for us. It was a very relaxing setting, and the drive to various attractions was always 40 - 60 minutes, which made for perfect nap time for the 4-year old. Absolutely perfect home for us for the week.

Great spot.

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway close to the beach, this is definitely the spot. The house is amazing and makes you just want to stay there and play ping pong and sit by the pool. It is very close to the beach and only 20 minutes from stores in Humacao.

Family get away

Everything was great !! Soo close to the beach, 2-3 minutes. The pool was very clean and used salt instead of chlorine which is perfect. The house had absolutely everything we could need or want. Hope to return.

THE BEST PLACE TO STAY

If you’re reading this review and are looking for a place to stay you won’t be disappointed with this place. This was the best place I’ve ever stayed at with my family. I don’t really ever right reviews but for this place I had to. The communication between are family and the host was more then excellent. The views were amazing the 1 minute private beach access to get there was super nice. We stayed there during a power outage on the island and the generator powered up the whole house, very convient. If this place is an option for you I would say stop looking and book it. I can’t promise you a great experience I can only tell you ours and our experience with this and vibes were perfect. If this place is available then next time we come back we would deff be booking it again.

The property made for a great home base for our large group. The pool, back yard, and ping pong were a hit when we weren't exploring the island.Each bedroom has AC so you will sleep comfortably. Other reviews mentioned noise from the highway. The house is in a gated community far enough away from the main road that we never heard any of the traffic.It's literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. Don't bother going to the park - there is a concrete path that goes right to the sand on the east end of the street. The surf keeps things churned up so don't plan on snorkeling there. Still nice for morning walks or hanging out between trips.Two large kitchens in open great rooms made for plenty of gathering space. The ice maker was very appreciated.We would definitely recommend staying here.

The entire experience from the moment we found the property and inquired about it Emma made so much easier by responding as fast as accurately all of our questions. Amazing stay

GORGEOUS property - we were home away from home and the pool at house is stunning and we got in it everyday. The owner is highly communicative and responded promptly to all messages and calls. some things to consider - 1. the property is a safe gate community about 1.5 hours from old San Juan, 30 minutes from Fajardo and closest grocery store/fast food is 20 minutes away. 2. The maps directions will get you to the neighborhood but you will need the owners to guide you to the gate and the exact property as that was not clearly identified. 3. Beach is 5 minuted walk that is uphill on the way back - use the gates by the kids park down the street for better beach access vs the gate behind the property - the beach is pretty rocky so take water shoes and during tide time it gets rough. We are not experienced swimmers so we pretty much didn't get in the water when the waves are rough. 4. The property is well equipped from the kitchen standpoint but had some basic items missing or in short supply like paper towels, toiletries etc. I reached out to the owner and she was nice enough to drop off some toiletries the next day. 5. Hot water is not automatic so please ask the owners on how to turn it on. Highly recommend this property and have already forward to many friends to visit.

Top 3 Favs of All-Time

We’ve travelled a lot of different places and stayed in a lot of different VRBOs. This place is absolutely one of our top 3! Seriously one of the most underrated properties on the site. The views are gorgeous. The beach is the tiniest walk from the house. The pool is amazing. We had two families with 6 kids ranging from 6 to 16. There was a ping pong tournament going around the clock. Every bedroom has a full bath. There is a half bath on the main level and another full bath outside by the pool. The kitchens made it super easy to prep meals. Both kitchens have just about any item you could want or need. Beds were comfy. The host, Emma (I believe that was her name), was superb! We didn’t have any problems at all but I did have several questions and she answered everything right away. 10/10 would absolutely stay again. Worst part of the experience was having to leave.

Incredible stay, gorgeous view!

We had an incredible stay! The house is beautiful with an incredible view. The pool was the perfect size for splashing around with children. The beautiful beach is just a five minute walk down the road and while we were there had very few people! While we were there the beach did have some waves which were fun for the adults but you have to be a little careful with the little ones. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful with any request we had. The house has 2 kitchens and is stocked with all the equipment you could need. Short drives around the area reveal more incredible views. We had small kids and did a short trip to a nearby nature reserve called Punta Tuna Wetlands nature reserve and we highly recommend it. It has a short walk and another beautiful, easily accessible, practically deserted beach. Overall our stay was perfect, with the pool, the beach, the views and an open and airy house there wasn’t much else to ask for!

GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR PR

First time being in Puerto Rico and fell in LOVE! Emma was such a great help and allowing us into her home was a blessing. From beginning to end she was there for us. Literally a phone call away to answer anything. The house is beautiful the views are breath taking and a great place to be when visiting the island. I will definitely be back and will love to rent the home again. Pool is amazing my boys loved every minute of it. I couldn't get them out. Beach is a quick walk from the house and is beautiful. My overall experience here was amazing and one to remember. Thank you Emma for making my first trip one to remember. Can't wait to come back!!! Worth EVERY PENNY!!!
