Cottage of 45 m² in the western part of the outbuildings of the farm.
Fully air-conditioned, it is equipped with a south-facing terrace and a garden furniture which overlooks the courtyard in the shade of the century-old plane tree. A kitchen open to a fully equipped living room with a sofa and a TV.
The two bedrooms have a 160x200 cm bed and a 140x190 cm bed, as well as a 160X200 cm convertible sofa, a toilet and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Cot on request included.
Private parking.
Located in Drôme Provençale in the middle of the Côtes du Rhône vineyards and lavender fields, one kilometer from the village and in the heart of four departments, Drôme, Vaucluse, Ardèche & Gard as well as an hour and a half from the Côtes d'Azur.
You will discover a family farm, which faces south with an exceptional view of the village, the giant of Provence (Le Mont Ventoux) and the Dentelles de Montmirail, allowing you to find calm and serenity and to be lulled by the song of cicadas under the hundred-year-old trees in a park of over 4000 m² equipped with a playground, camping table, swimming pool, deckchair, pétanque field, spa ... isolated in the middle of the vineyards.
Local shops are located 1km from the farm, you will find all the amenities: shop, bakery, doctor, pharmacy, press, hairdresser, market, restaurant ...
