The separate kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal including an induction cooker, an oven, and a kettle.
The bedroom features a comfy queen bed and a wardrobe for your belongings. Upon arrival, complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided. Through the bedroom, you'll find an accessible balcony complete with lounge chairs at your disposal!
The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, a sink, and even a washer. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

From the modest fishing village to the world famous seaside and cultural city, Cannes is a golden sandy setting, with a dreamy bay bordered by the Lerins Islands, an ideal setting, whether you come for business or leisure. This accommodation is located in the heart of Cannes, close to shops, bars, restaurants and the famous Boulevard de la Croisette! On the practical side, the tourist office, the mini-markets and many banks are just a few steps away from the apartment.
## Transit
My flat is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train!
The nearest train station is Gare de Cannes - 17 mins away on foot.
Cannes - Mandelieu Airport is just 25 mins drive from the flat.
## Notes
Please note that check-in after 23:00 and check out before 07:00 will be charged EUR 15, to be paid in cash to the welcomer. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
