You'll be able to walk easily to Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, the Hollywood Star Cars Museum, the Gatlinburg Space Needle, the Mountain Mall, the Village Shoppes, and the Gatlinburg Convention Center for events and conferences. Ober Gatlinburg's aerial tram and skate rink are one mile west, and the Sugarlands Visitor Center in Great Smoky Mountains National Park - an ideal starting point for fishing and hiking outings - is three miles southwest. Pigeon Forge - home to WonderWorks, The Island in Pigeon Forge, the Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Show, and, of course, Dollywood - is eight miles north as well.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
