About this property

This 3 Bedroom 2 Bath pool home sits in the perfect location! You are close to a lot of different options for shopping, parks, Sunsplash, loads of Dining options and so much more. The back yard is fully fenced with Privacy fence so you can enjoy your time without worrying about neighbors. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained.
Inside you will find a large kitchen with an island and it is a great room style home. The floor plan is a split floor plan so you have the master bedroom and Laundry room on one side of the home and the other 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the other side of the home. The lanai is spacious with a nice table and couch to relax. Our pool is now heated with a brand new heater!! The house is set up with wifi and cable and you will really enjoy your stay here!

Cape Coral 2024

We enjoyed this house for February and March, 2024. The quiet neighborhood was a perfect location for shopping, eating and golf. The fenced yard was great for our furry friends. We enjoyed the two full sized recliner sofas. The beds were excellent. Appliances all worked well. We found it very clean and a nice lawn. This property was as described on the Vrbo website.
