The vacation you've been craving awaits! This ocean front 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is spacious, stylish, and has all the comforts of home. Updated kitchen and baths give you the clean luxurious feeling while also meeting your every need. Enjoy coffee on the balcony at sunrise, watch space launches with a front row seat and swim in the pool till dusk. The amenities include in unit washer and dryer, 3 TV's, internet / WiFi, and cable TV in living room and master bedroom, streaming in guest bedroom. Enjoy the oceanfront pool, shuffleboard and lounging, gas grills poolside, and friendly staff that keep the grounds tidy and trim. You will want to come back year after year!

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided.

Refunds: There will be no discounts or early departure refunds due to or for mechanical, plumbing, or electrical failures or breakdowns to any item(s) in the unit or other areas of the common property for any cause. Overall Good Trip, Excellent Property

Hacienda del Sol II is an excellent property. It was super clean, the pool was very nice and clean, the beach area was a short walk and very convenient, and the overall location is close to town and nice. I would highly recommend the property. This condo in particular wasn’t as nice as the property as a whole but it was pretty good. There was definitely room for improvement in cleanliness (sand covered floors, tables, and counters upon check-in and floors felt dirty) but everything else felt clean. The windows also didn’t lock in the bedrooms which was concerning, but luckily the property as a whole felt really safe. On a positive side, the condo was really spacious and had a great pool and ocean view. It was pretty windy during our trip and the location of this condo in the building was perfect because the building blocked the wind but we could sit on the spacious balcony and still enjoy the sun. Parking was very easy and convenient. The property also had a pack n play we could use for our baby which saved us a ton of hassle and was much appreciated. Communication was great also.

Hacienda del Sol II is the nicest complex on the island as you will see when you arrive. Have a wonderful vacation!

Why they chose this property

Hacienda Del Sol II offers a large seasonally heated swimming pool with a brick paved deck and there's also a kiddy pool where the little ones can enjoy themselves. Comfortable chairs and sun loungers are available around the pool and there are restrooms and showers inside the cabana. Hacienda del Sol II also has an oceanfront sun deck overlooking the beach - a wonderful location to relax, read a book or just keep an eye on the children.
If sitting still is not for you, then, challenge the family to a game of shuffleboard on the court with a wonderful ocean view. Two large gas grills are available for use by the cabana, which also has a kitchen. Grill lunch or dinner for the family or a few friends and dine in the cabana. You may also borrow books from our mini-library in the cabana or sit and surf the web on our computer. Free Wi-Fi is available in each unit.

If your unit is not equipped with a laundry room, we have coin laundry facilities on every floor on both ends of the building.
