L'ERMITAGE is a nice little furnished apartment. It is very well located for your tourist stay in Touraine or your business trips. Located on the ground floor of a medieval house, you will have a private terrace in a common courtyard. Classified two stars by the only existing PUBLIC organization (ATOUT FRANCE), with a fitted kitchen, a bathroom-WC, and a living room / bedroom, it offers you complete equipment: DVD player, satellite TV with foreign channels, channel -hifi / USB / MP3 player, WIFI, BBQ, petrol diffuser etc.
You will fall in love with this historic district, the Paul Bert district: alleys and houses resting on the hillside, the banks of the Loire and the large park. Shops, bus, parking (free) are 1 minute. You will enjoy walking along the Loire, on foot or by bike, thanks to the “Loire à vélo” circuit! Will you go to the Vouvray vineyards? Even on foot it's possible!
"Just cross the bridge" (pedestrians and bikes) and you are in the historic center of Tours: the cathedral, the castle, the museum of fine arts and its park (vestiges), but also the famous rue Colbert, very lively with its bars, restaurants, shops, and old houses! And the famous Place Plumereau, a charming meeting in the historic center! the station is only 20 minutes walk! (or direct bus in 10 minutes)
On your return from your escapades to the famous castles of the Loire Valley, or visits to gardens, abbeys, etc., you will enjoy taking advantage of Tours and its activities: a large city with various activities, lively all year round. year (students!), more festivals…. And of course you can enjoy Tourangelle gastronomy, and Touraine wines, you have the choice!
