This easily accessible, ground-floor condo faces the Gulf and sits right on the Summer House lawn, adjacent to the sundeck. Enjoy the view and breathe in the salty sea air from your private, covered patio. Inside, this rental features a cozy living area, spacious dining area, and a bright, well-equipped kitchen. When it's time to have some fun on-site, Summer House offers a number of deluxe, resort-style amenities including shared pools, a hot tub, sandy playground, tennis courts, and much more.

Experience regular live entertainment and ride the Ferris wheel at the Wharf, just six miles away. Arrange a fishing excursion through Zeke's Landing Marina, only two miles from your vacation rental. And if you're looking to spend some time outdoors, explore the 6,500 acres of Gulf State Park, accessible via the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail, less than two miles down the road, or take a drive down to Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge, just 16 miles west.

Things to Know
There will be construction occurring on an adjacent building from August 19, 2024, until May 25, 2025. Work will begin at 7:00 a.m. and will last until 6:00 p.m., possibly every day of the week. Heavy equipment, chiseling, and heavy pounding will be present during working hours. The outdoor pool will be closed for the duration of this project, but the indoor pool will remain open.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect beach location!

We had wonderful time, it was the perfect size condo for our group of 6. Beds were comfortable, nice size kitchen with everything you need and the complex offers rolling carts to making unpacking and packing your vehicle so easy. The condo was very clean and well maintained. It is also on first floor so you just walkout of your patio, take a few steps and you are on the beach or at the pool...PERFECT! Beach is very beautiful and everyone we meet was so happy and friendly. There is also 2 grocery stores and several beach style stores within walking distance.

Great place!

We would definitely stay here again! The first floor walk out straight to the yard and beach was very convenient. Close to the pool and beach! Toilet broke and leaked during our stay but they sent someone to check it and a plumber to fix it within a few hours.
