Just STEPS from the beach, enjoy the view and breathe in the salty sea air from your private, covered patio. Inside, this rental features a cozy living area, spacious dining area, and a bright, well-equipped kitchen. This 3-bedroom unit has three queen beds and one king and can sleep 8 comfortably. When it's time to have some fun on-site, Summer House offers a number of deluxe, resort-style amenities including shared pools, a hot tub, sandy playground, tennis courts, sauna, gym and much more.

****BUILDING RENOVATIONS SUMMER 2024**************************

Summer House , Tower A will have light renovations on the parking lot side of the building This will result in some noise during the day. Work will be from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. The noise is very low on the beach and inside the condo. My price is reduced to reflect the inconvenience.

Great place

Location was great, very clean . Only negative thing I can say is the ice maker was broken. If it had been the middle of the summer, it would have made a impact, but this time of year, it was not a big deal.

Just okay

The beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately we found roaches in the cabinets and dead roaches in the floor. We reached out and they did offer to send someone out to spray. Our friends stayed at another unit in the building and it felt a lot cleaner.
