The spacious rental features brand new ceilings and paint, a contemporary living area with a new 70-inch Samsung TV with a swivel TV stand, a dining area, and a furnished, wrap-around balcony accessible from the living room, dining room, and the main bedroom. When mealtimes come around, the updated kitchen boasts all new appliances which include a side-by-side refrigerator, double oven, large microwave, dishwasher, and wine cooler. Plus, there are beautiful granite countertops with shiplap-covered walls, cabinets, USB outlets, a new larger sink with tile backsplash, and hanging bar lights with new bar stools! THINGS TO KNOW
Construction will be occurring on the exterior of the building adjacent to this rental every day beginning September 4, 2023, and ending on May 31, 2024. Work hours are from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. During this time, noises such as jackhammering will be audible.

This condo allows monthly reservations between November 1 and March 15.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
