This beautiful property, which sits near the end of West Beach, is uniquely appointed for large family gatherings, offering a private splash pool, an expansive tiled balcony, and an open living area with commanding views of the Gulf of Mexico.

This beachfront home sits just over five miles west of central Gulf Shores, on a sparkling stretch of white sand. When you do decide to head into town, you'll find an assortment of markets, shops, restaurants, and family-friendly attractions such as the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA. Spend a day exploring the wilds of Gulf State Park (seven miles east), and grab dinner nearby at Janino's Pizza, Beach House Kitchen and Cocktails, or The Diner.

Trip was great. House is beautiful but needs some upgrades!

Home is spacious and beautiful! A couple of things, Please upgrade your Tvs and make sure all of them work with remotes and batteries and please make sure that all doors lock for your guests privacy and safety. The size of the home accommodated our family tremendously and the again home was beautiful!! Thank u for allowing us to experience one of your homes!!

Vacasa was great

There were a lot of broken items in the home. The shower and one sink in the master bathroom upstairs were slow to drain. The elevator didn’t work. The outside of the property wasn’t well maintained. The pool was dirty and not heated. The bbq grill was rusted. Took a lot to clean it up. One side of the patio door knob was missing. Sofas were dirty. All the bedrooms were nice. I loved the size of the property. It had enough room for everyone. We created lots of memories there. The issues I listed above were minor when I think about the time we spent together and love we felt on this vacation. 10 bedrooms made it easier for everyone to rest and dress in private and still go to the family room for food and fun

Grandma birthday

Grandview was at a great location in Gulf Shores, Alabama, somewhat secluded since it is located at the further end of the peninsula facing the Gulf. It definitely was a large house able to accommodate a large family. But it does need quite a bit of upkeeping and proper maintenance as it is run down and posed some safety issues. 1. Unsafe parking: one of our van had to be towed out of the sand in front of the house by AAA truck 2. The floor is uneven at all doorways into bedrooms/bathrooms which is a huge liability issue, definitely a hazard. One of our elderly guest tripped walking from the balcony back into the house and almost fell flat on her face if it had not been for a chair nearby which brakes her fall. 3. Both refrigerators were barely functional and we ended up losing a lot of our food including steaks which became spoiled and had to be thrown away. 4. Both upper and lower floor's backdoor cannot be locked because it was so worn out that the lock would not latched. 5. Dryer downstairs does not work, quite inconvenient. 6. Dishwasher metal bar handle barely attached and had to be reattached several times, then fell off completely. Thank goodness it did not hurt anyone's foot when it fell off. 7. The door into one of the bedroom upstairs could not be closed because it is too close to the floor. 8. Rusted shower curtain bar really should be replaced as it is very unsightly in a million dollar house. Overall, the property has much potential and we did enjoy our stay.

House need some TLC

Owners of the house need to clean up underneath and remove scrap material. The pool had not been serviced in awhile. Finally someone came out on the last day and serviced

Great

This house was the perfect location. It was also the best size and layout for our large crowd. We were grateful for two refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and 2 sets of washer and dryers. We loved being right there on the beach amongst other houses with private beach. Most bedrooms have an ocean/beach view! The only draw back was some cosmetic issues. But you can tell the owners are actively fixing them. We would stay here again!
