Breakaway West is Vail's best value! Located 1.5 miles to Vail Village and ski lifts via Vail's free bus system that runs every 20-30 minutes (or a 10-minute walk to Lionshead in street shoes). Breakaway features an outdoor heated pool and two hot tubs; free WIFI; free uncovered parking.

This studio suite features 400 square feet of living space; one queen and one twin bed; full kitchen; in-unit washer/dryer. More spacious than a hotel room without the Vail hotel price tag! Ski all day and return to the condo and soak in the two outdoor hot tubs or sun on pool deck. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $100 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Great Value in Vail

The condo was very well equipped. The pool and hot tubs were great. The bus stop was right across the street, super easy to get to the Village. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Value in Vail

The studio at Breakaway West was great. Had a full kitchen, so we could eat breakfast in the unit each day. We chose to go our for dinners, as we were on vacation! Bus was so easy, right across the street every 20 minutes right to the Village! the washer/dryer in the unit was great. Vail Realty made the check in very simple. Having someone right in Vail to ask questions to was terrific!

Breakaway West - just a short walk from Lionshead Village

This is the perfect essential suite. I had everything I needed for a comfortable week of snowboarding, exploring, and relaxing. Beware there are LOTS of stairs and can be very icy in the winter despite how well the grounds are maintained. I was able to walk or catch the bus right across the street to Lionshead just about whenever I wanted making it an extremely convenient location. I did note the property did not seem handicap accessible other than a parking space. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
