The MCM design displayed in the sofa, coffee table & side lamp provide the perfect, comforting place to watch a movie or curl up with a book.
The living space flows into the kitchen & dining room which will leave you feeling like you just stepped into the movie Grease! From the wall retro-stars, diner style table seating 4, to the retro blue cabinets & checkered flooring, it is an atmosphere that is sure to induce happiness! The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, crock-pot, all cookware, utensils, glassware, & plates needed to cook & enjoy any meal. In the morning a drip coffee pot & a hot water kettle are available to brew up your morning beverage.

The garage provides one parking space & one additional spot in the driveway: The property and host can accommodate the parking of up to 2 (two) privately-owned or rented non-commercial vehicles up to the size of 4,000 lbs. in gross weight, one in the garage and one on the concrete driveway. The equivalent of 2 cars, under ½ ton pickup trucks, crossovers, SUVs, private family vans, or any combination thereof. No parking and no driving is allowed on the landscaping, which consists of stone zero-scaping. Please check the height of your vehicle prior to using as the garage door opening is 75 ½ inches in height.

I do volunteer work. Argentine tango dancing is one of my hobbies. I cook Italian. Example: Pasta with Winter Squash and Tomatoes, Pasta with Prosciutto and Lettuce, and Baked Mostaccioli. Here are few of my favorite architects: Richard Neutra, Eero Saarinen, Arne Jacobsen, Carl Graffunder, and Alvar Aalto.
