Chalet located in a residential leisure park 1km from the sandy beach of Saint Pair Sur Mer, 4km from Granville and its marina.
the chalet has 3 bedrooms with storage, blankets and pillows. A fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed and television. A bathroom with shower and separate wc. A swimming pool open from April to the end of August, two boules courts, an outdoor play area for children, supermarket at 800m and bakery. PRL very quiet, friendly and close to all amenities.
To visit the Cliffs of Julouville, the beaches of Carolles, the port and the covered market of Granville, Mont Saint Michel ...

L'accueil par l'hôte, très gentille, bons conseils pour les visites. Très belle region. Logement propre et bien équipé dans une résidence calme avec un hypermarché à proximité, la plage et centre ville est à environ 20 min à pied. Seul bémol, 1 seul bip pour entrer et sortir de la résidence par le portail mais un accès piéton via le portillon sera mis en place prochainement.

Ruim, heel schoon, prima bedden, grote kavel, dicht bij supermarkt. Dicht bij dorp en leuk stadje Granville. De informatie in de advertentie is wel op verschillende manieren te interpreteren. Onder beddengoed aanwezig wordt bedoeld dekbed/dekens/kussens en NIET lakens/hoezen. En onder internet beschikbaar wordt bedoeld 4G en NIET wifi of kabelaansluiting voor pc.
