Our stay here was incredible. The property was beautiful, and the town was breathtaking. I strongly recommend anyone wanting to stay in Story to choose this property to stay in!
The cottage was very clean and decorated with a designer’s touch. It made a great base camp for exploring the surrounding area. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again.
This was a cute cottage with a great central location to our outdoor activities. The outdoor spaces to barbecue sit around the firepit and relax on the patio were great. Tisha provided everything you could have possibly needed! Great place to stay!!
The cottage had everything we needed for our vacation get away to the Big Horn mountains. The location was great! We enjoyed the decor, the games, the wrap around patio. Walking distance to a great little bar and grill. Loved all the extra touches. We hope to return soon!
Unbelievable location convenient to everything. Cabin & amenities exceeded description. They have thought of every need a guest may want and more. The decor was perfect and kitchen well stocked for cooking all meals. I would book again next year!
Wonderful place to stay! Very clean and well kept! All necessities needed for a home away from home! Gracious hosts Tricia & Dean.. checking in to see if we needed anything and will to accommodate our requests 🙂 Will definitely stay in here again when in Story, WY and Big Horn Mountain area!
Very cute and well appointed property with very tasteful interior touches. The covered deck outside is very nice and spacious. Incredibly comfortable and Tisha was very prompt in her communication. Also, nice extra bathroom necessities priovided and treats in the kitchen!
Nicely laid out new house/cabin, perfect place to relax. We were in the area for a motorcycle trip and enjoyed having a “base camp” so we didn’t have to always pack all of our gear. Close to the local store that has anything you need, or only 15 minutes from Sheridan with lots of good restaurants and breweries. I recommend a stop at Black Tooth Brewery, you will not be sorry.
Hi Tisha. We loved your place. We put a contract on 13 Moraine. Mona is a great realtor. We love everyone we met in Story and will return to your incredible place. The night light in your turtle on the floor is burned out. Take care. Enjoy Florida. Kathy
We had booked for 4 nights. No where in the description did it say cabin did not have air conditioning. It was 98 degrees when we arrived and when I asked about ac was told that is what the fans are for and leave the windows open at night. If that would have been in description we would not have booked.I would have thought in this day and time air conditioning would have been in any summer rental. We only stayed the one night and were not offered any of our money back. Didn’t expect all the money back but only staying one night of 4 booked it would have been nice. When asked about the ac was told no one had ever complained before. Hard to believe. Lesson learned.
Majestic!
The cottage is one of a kind. Beautiful stone work, decorated with warmth, spacious and cozy. The owners put a lot of thought and work into it.
I would definitely recommend this for a couples get away or a family vacation. There is an outside feature that is so realistic but I will let you find out that feature on your own.
The surrounding scenery is breath taking and lots of wildlife to view.
If you’re looking for a cozy getaway minutes from the Bighorns, this is your place. The cabin is nothing short of amazing and has all your needs taken care of. The hosts are very responsive and will take good care of you.
This house is rustic (but new) and fits the area. Story is just beautiful! The home was well stocked with amenities and very clean. Tisha your host is close by if needed and was very kind and helpful.
This was a great place to stay while visiting Sheridan. The drive is only 20 minutes away.
What a wonderful place to stay. The cottage has everything you need to relax after a long day. A full kitchen, laundry and patio to enjoy the beautiful July nights had us feeling like it was a home away from home.
Great stay. We have stayed at many properties and this cabin was the most stocked with everything you might need. Mid-stay, the owner checked with us to make sure everything was okay. Highly recommended.
My wife and I went to Wyoming to go fishing and look for a place to retire. This was the first time we used VRBO. after being rejected for other cabins, we found Tisha's cabin. I sent a question and received an answer very quickly, and pre approval for our reservation.
When we arrived We met Dean. He was making sure that we had everything we needed. The cabin is beautiful with wonderful stonework on the outside. The inside is fully furnished with everything to make your stay more compfortable. Our stay was ten days. This was a nice place to come back to after a long day of fishing. Tisha and Dean go out of their way to make you feel at home.
