About this property

Superb apartment close to the slopes of Lavachet, ideal location!

Crossing apartment of 60m2, very bright!
Located in Tignes Le Lavachet and can accommodate up to 10 people. Quiet, beautiful view of the Grande Motte glacier and Chevril lake.
Take advantage of the slopes a few steps from the apartment (including the free Lavachet trail for beginners - access to the Paquis / Chaudannes ski lifts).
Supermarket, parking, bakery, restaurants, free shuttle stop and ski lifts are just 2 minutes from the residence.
Apartment fully equipped to facilitate your stay with family or friends.

3 rooms :
1 bedroom with a bunk bed composed of a double downstairs and a single bed at the top
1 bedroom with a double bed
1 bedroom with a bunk bed + pull-out bed (sleeps 3)

All rooms are equipped with a TV and storage space.

2 bathrooms:
- one with shower and a toilet
- one with bath and washing machine

+ a separate toilet


1 kitchen / living room with sofa bed very comfortable (mattress 160x190).
Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, induction hob, raclette etc.

To relax after skiing or in the evening: books, board games and games console.

Residence equipped with a lift, and digital code. You have a ski locker.

The Lavachet district is 3 minutes by bus or 10 minutes walk from Tignes Le Lac.

Final cleaning is optional (150 euros)
No pets allowed, even small

Summer: we can send you a promotional code to buy MY TIGNES cards (activities in the resort).

Arrival 4pm / Departure 10am.

Bien agencé pour une famille même si la surface est petite

L'appartement est bien agencé pour sa surface. Les chambres sont un peu à part du salon ce qui permet de faire dormir les plus petits au calme. Nous étions 10 avec 4 enfants jeunes. Il y a aussi 2 salles de bains proches des chambres. Sinon, bien décoré et équipé. Bien situé pour vite arriver sur les pistes avec un casier à ski en bas de l'immeuble. Le parking est à proximité de l'immeuble avec une superette aussi. Seul point négatif, le lit gigognes et le canapé convertible avaient leurs draps encore sales à notre arrivée (chips et autres poussières). Pas top, mais la propriétaire était joignable pour arranger ça donc pas de problème.

Un agréable séjour à la montagne

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par le logement (capacité d’accueil et agencement) et ses environs. Nous avons grandement apprécié la réactivité du propriétaire suite à nos multiples questions. Le seul point un peu contraignant est l’absence de casserole de grande taille qui devient limitant au delà de 5 convives. Un logement que je recommande à 100%.
