The condo was clean and comfortable and fully stocked. The perfect size and location for our girls getaway!! We were within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, entertainment and Publix. The host was amazing. Would absolutely look into staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this West Winds Resort! The condo was clean, just a short walk to the pool and sitting area by the harbor. Easy access to the beach which is just right across the street. Alex was a great host and made sure everything was good!

Wonderful waterside resort

A short walk to the Gulf & white beach, grocery store and restaurants this comfortable unit contains all the necessary ingredients. The owner is very responsive and offers helpful hints for things to do in the area. Resort pool and patio along the water is a great place for relaxing dinners. Free washer and dryer in the complex a big plus. Bathroom a tad small but adequate. We had a wonderful month-long stay. Easy access to the Pinellas Bike Trail.

Whats going on here?

Constant calling from owner, owner asking to come in and get things. Refrigarator full of food, old food. Freezer full also. Very noisy upstairs people all night long, banging. No sleeping on vacation.

As we arrived, We related with the owner to help us transition to using the VRBO for the weekend and maximize our enjoyment of all the options included.

Our stay here was great, we had a family of six and there was plenty of space for all of us. Literally the most equipped room we have ever stayed in, everything from beach chairs to a little black and decker sweeper that was a life saver with the sand! Great location and patio

Overall our stay was great! the location and patio out back out were great! We were able to walk everywhere and didn't need a car. The only thing that could have been better is if the tub coating would be fixed. It wasn't a huge deal because we did;t need to take a bath but if I had my kids I would have been a little disappointed. I would stay again.

I was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area and have spent my entire life enjoying Florida’s beautiful west coast. Growing up, weekends and summers meant heading to the beach—Treasure Island, St. Pete Beach, and Clearwater were like a second home to me. I’ve watched this area evolve over the years while still keeping that relaxed, welcoming, “Old Florida” charm that makes it so special. Treasure Island has always been one of my favorites, with its laid-back vibe, incredible sunsets, and that perfect balance of fun, family, and relaxation.

Because of that lifelong connection, hosting here means more to me than just offering a place to stay. I truly enjoy helping guests experience the same beaches, local spots, and memories I’ve appreciated my whole life. I take pride in providing a clean, comfortable, newly updated space where guests can relax, feel at home, and simply enjoy their time away.

I love hearing about families making memories, couples enjoying a getaway, or travelers discovering Treasure Island for the first time. My goal is to make your stay easy, stress-free, and enjoyable—from great communication to thoughtful touches in the condo. One of the things I love most about Treasure Island is that it still feels like “real Florida.” It hasn’t been overtaken by massive corporate development, so you’ll still find classic Florida beach hotels, laid-back mom-and-pop restaurants, cozy beach bars, and local spots that give the island so much character. The beach itself is wide, beautiful, and incredibly relaxing, with soft sand, warm Gulf water, and unforgettable sunsets. Everything you need is close by, and the island is perfect for walking or biking anywhere — whether you’re heading to grab breakfast, enjoy live music, or take an evening stroll along the water.

The nightlife here is lively but friendly and welcoming, with plenty of places offering live bands, drinks with a view, and casual spots to unwind after a day in the sun. There’s even a Publix grocery store within walking distance, which makes staying here extra convenient.

Just 1.5 miles away is John’s Pass, one of the area’s most popular attractions, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, jet ski rentals, fishing charters, dolphin tours, sunset cruises, and dinner cruises — perfect for both adventure and relaxation. And only about a mile away is St. Pete Beach, offering a more commercial, resort-style atmosphere with well-known hotels, including the iconic pink Don CeSar, along with additional restaurants, nightlife, and tourist activities.
