The house boasts covered outdoor parking for 2 cars, a spacious 55 sq.m living room with a 50 inch flat-screen television and a kitchen-dining room area that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults. The kitchen is fully equipped with a multifunction oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The three ample and comfortable rooms each have their own private bathroom, a king sized bed (180 x 210) and large bay windows allowing constant views of the pool and garden. All the rooms can enjoy an ideal temperature thanks to the air conditioning and fans. An available strong box with digital lock keeps your jewelry and other valuables safe. For additional security, a night watchman monitors the entrance off the main road leading to the residence. The listed rental tariff corresponds to a minimum stay of 1 week; for a period of less than 7 days, please contact me directly. Monthly rentals will receive a preferential rate. The low season tariff for 4 people (2 bedrooms) is different from the tariff for 6 people (3 bedrooms). The price includes: • all necessary bed linen and towels (changed 1/week) • house cleaning (1/week) • pool and garden maintenance (1/week) • WiFi • cable TV • check-in/check-out at the time of your convenience. Please note that water and electricity consumed during the stay are not included, nor are any applicable tourist taxes. A 30% deposit is due when booking and the remaining balance payable 30 days before the rental start date. Down payments made at the time of booking will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled less than 60 days preceding the start of rental period, except and only if the villa is re-rented for the same period. Payment of a $1,000 refundable security deposit is required upon arrival. House rules: Children are welcome - animals are not admitted - no smoking inside - do not move the furniture in the villa without permission. We are not liable for any injury and/or health problem during your stay in the villa; this includes the use of the swimming pool.
