About this property

Large family house with sea view

Located at the entrance to the village of Equihen-Plage, this large house will allow you to have a good time with family or friends.

With its breathtaking view of the sea, you can contemplate magnificent sunsets and the English coast on a clear day from inside the house or its large garden.

Located 15 minutes south of Boulogne-sur-Mer on a wild coast, its location will allow you to discover the main tourist places of the Opal Coast (gray cap nose & white nose, Nausicaa, Le Touquet, Wimereux ,. ..) and the large sandy beaches making its reputation where you can enjoy many nautical activities (sand yachting, kite-surfing, canoeing, windsurfing, ...)

The house overlooks the main road which will take you to the parking lot of the beach (2kms - 4min by car & bus stop nearby) and shops (bakery / mini-market / butcher / post office ...) located 400m.

The house consists of a large living room, a large dining room and a kitchen (+ back kitchen) with everything you need (oven, induction hob, extractor, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, fridge and freezer,...).

On the ground floor you will also find a bedroom (1 double bed), a large TV room (+ games) with a double sofa bed, a bathroom (bath + shower) and WC.

Upstairs you will have access to a total of 5 bedrooms (1 with double bed / 1 with a double bed + baby bed / 1 with 2 single beds / 1 with 3 bunk beds / the last with 3 single beds), a bathroom bathroom (shower) and WC.

Vue magnifique sur la mer, endroit calme, joli jardin, plage proche et possibilitĂ© de faire de jolies balades. La maison est trĂšs pratique et trĂšs fonctionnelle pour de grands groupes. Nous avons passé un magnifique week end ensoleillé entre amis à l'occasion du trail de la CÎte d'Opale. La maison et le jardin ont ravis les petits et les grands. Elle est spacieuse, tres bien équipée et trÚs propre. C'etait parfait pour notre groupe de 4 familles avec enfants. De plus, super communication avec Corentin le propriétaire qui est disponible et donne toutes les infos nécessaire. Je recommande vivement et retiens l'adresse pour une prochaine édition.

TrĂšs bonne communication avec Corentin, ses explications pour l'arrivĂ©e ont Ă©tĂ© prĂ©cieuses. La maison est super bien Ă©quipĂ©e, la terrasse bien exposĂ©e, et tout le nĂ©cessaire est lĂ  pour les barbecues . Spacieuse villa sur les hauteurs, avec agréable jardin et superbe vue

La propriété répond au descriptif, avec un bel espace de vie et tout l'équipement nécessaire pour un groupe de 13 adultes. Le jardin est à l'abri du vent. La terrasse a vue sur mer au loin.
