The kitchen is fully stocked, stove, fridge, and microwave. You can prepare meals easily, and enjoy them together at the 6 person dinning table.
This home sleeps 1-4 (4 is max) and convenient check-in via Smart Lock.

Guest's are able to access all parts of the home.

I give my guests space and I'm available if needed.

Our team is always happy to help via the airbnb message thread only. We do not answer text messages per Airbnb policies.

We are available from 8-9 PM. For any emergencies please call 911.

If there is any issue please let us know as we are always happy to help resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. Guests will allow host a 24 hour grace period to fix any major problems that would require external help.

We are close to Hollywood Beach, Hollywood Boulevard, and ArtPark at Young Circle.

We offer one parking spot per reservation for your car. Taxis, Uber and public transportation are available nearby.

☑ We do not allow packages to be sent to the home as this is a vacation rental and no one other than guests are here. We recommend shipping your packages directly to a USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Amazon locker center. We are not responsible or held liable for lost or damaged packages.

★ Our Tropical Climate ★

☑ It can get really hot during the day. Bring sunscreen to protect your skin.
☑ We live in a tropical climate so bugs and mosquitoes are common we recommend bringing bug repellent.
☑ We constantly treat our homes. However please follow these instruction to prevent bugs from coming into our home:
☑ Keep ALL doors and windows closed as much as possible.
☑ Don't leave any food or sweets out.
☑ Keep the home as clean as possible during your stay.

★ Maintenance ★

☑ Please throw the trash away in the garbage bin located to the right of the driveway.

★ Extra Fees ★

☑ Any damages incurred will be charged via the resolution center w/ clear pictures.
☑ Stained towels, linens etc will be charged as new.
☑ Late checkout fee is half of the daily rate, full rate after 2 hours.
☑ Only flush toilet paper down the toilet. If we have to call a plumber due to a clog, guests are responsible for the fee
