Cozy guest unit, attached to the main house. Private entrance, large front yard with seating area. Will comfortably accommodate 4 guest. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom unit is 360 sqft. Kitchen: refrigerator, electric burner, electric pan, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, high table+4 chairs. Main room: king bed, dinning table+4 chairs, smart TV. Second room: 2 twin beds, closet. There is no living room or dining room. Please see pictures. Free street parking.
*We have dogs on property so expect occasional barking.

Wir waren da definitiv nicht herzlichen willkommen, das Haus alt in die Jahre gekommen überall Hinweis oder Verbotschilder und Abhörgeräte zur angeblicher Ruhestörungs Überwachung. Paar Tage vor der Abreise hat es der Vermieter nochmal richtig gut gemeint und uns sau dreckige Kissen für die Gartenmöbel hin gelegt da war richtg klar das wir nicht herzlig willkommen waren.

The location was disgusting. Nothing was as pictured. They started repairing walls and didn’t finish it. I have sent pictures to Verbo and expect them to refund my money. We had to go to a hotel and $300 a night just to have a place to sleep. I use Verbo constantly, but unless I get satisfaction for this, I will never use them again.

Hollywood cottage

The outside sitting area needs a good cleaning up. New cushions on outside furniture. Wouldn't sit on the cushions that are on the outside furniture. Shrubs along fence are all over grown. Can't even get to the bbq because everything is so overgrown. The inside is nice just could use some updating. No water pressure at all in shower. And when you know you have someone checking in I would turn on the AC wall unit either the night before or first thing in the morning so your guests are comfortable when they first arrive. It was like 100 degrees in there when I got in and took many hours before it felt just a little comfortable. Overall it did it's job for the 3 nights I stayed. Just a few easy things that can be done to make it so much better.

Good value for overnight stay

Kitchen is very small and not attractive Not good for more than a one or two days stay. there is no kitchen stove. No living room.

Location, location, location

Close to the beach, stores, casino, restaurants and within 2 hrs to the everglades. Good if your looking for a place to just sleep. Very quiet and host was really nice and had great communication.

La casa esta sucia, en el cafe para la cafetera había una cucaracha muerta, no hay luz, no ponen los suficientes suministros (papel de baño y agua de beber). Anuncian que la propiedad cuenta con alberca, a la cual no puedes acceder y hacer uso porqué te dicen que no esta disponible. En la ultima noche de nuestra estancia, alguien trato de meterse. No volvería a quedarme ahí. No lo recomiendo, no gasten su dinero. Queda muy lejos de las atracciones turisticas.

Great experience

This place was great and accommodated our needs for our trip! The area was great and the beach was about a 10 min drive. I enjoyed the shops nearby the area, everything was nearby!

Convenient & Practical

An adorable area right off the highway. We loved Hollywood beach and went down to Miami, little Havana and Everglades. We even watched the super bowl while down there. The patio was super and we enjoyed dinner out there with someone else renting a different room there. Kitchen had a lot of extra supplies like seasonings, ketchup, Mayo, coffee creamer and much more.

Great stay

This place worked out great for me and my family. We just stayed one night. The beds were cozy and the place had everything that we needed. We saw the pool but didn’t have time to swim. Great communication with host.

Very small with a over grown grass

Sorry but the grass was to high for me I hate walking in it yes small very small but cute it worked for us thanks never seen the pool

Beautiful house with unique touch.

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute house with outdoor living room which had outdoor grill for us to cook. The doggy was adorably cute. The street is full of lush and greenery, love nature. There is everything you need in this neighbourhood. The only thing I would change about the house is maybe make a little pathway using stones or wood from the street to entrance of the house. The host was amazing. Everything was safe and contactless due to COVID-19. Would happy come back again in the future. Thank you for letting us rent your beautiful house.
