Condominium in the heart of Nashville. ONE MILE FROM DOWNTOWN BROADWAY! Situated between beautiful Germantown and Downtown Nashville, this lovely 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath condo is an inexpensive ride-share from Nashville`s best attractions. The condo is minutes from Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Ascend Amphitheater, and The Ryman Auditorium. This is truly a prime location for the Nashville experience.

- The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit has 1 queen sized bed in each bedroom as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
- The kitchen is fully outfitted with stove and oven, microwave, regular coffee pot & toaster. We do provide some coffee, creamer, and sugar.
- There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
- Each unit includes one free parking space in our parking garage.

The time allotted in between stays allows the cleaners to perform their duties prior to your arrival. There are multiple luggage stow companies in Nashville that you may utilize while exploring the city. The host was very welcoming and replied to questions quickly. The townhome was very clean, nicely furnished and complete amenities. Just fyi for guests. It’s next to a train track. We enjoyed the train passing from the balcony and didn’t mind the sound as it passed by. Perfect parking spot for one car and definitely walkable to downtown. I would definitely stay again.

The only major drawback is the train that runs all night right outside the bedroom windows. We all had a hard time sleeping through it, so this location will only work well for heavy sleepers. The location was fine, about a 15 minute walk to downtown, and felt safe…appreciate the security code on both the elevator and unit entry door.

Great location

17 minute walk to broadway. The place was super clean, beds were soft and we walked everywhere. Under the building free parking was a plus. Favorite non-broadway activity was the farmers market. Yep there was a train but the bedrooms are well insulated and only heard the one night.
