Warm studio of 23 m2 completely renovated, mountain style.
Very calm residence with concierge in Pra loup 1500 also called the Molanes .here no bar of buildings only cottages and small residences, it is a place nature and family.
Ideally located at 50 m of the gondola (by stairs) which join the ski area of Pra loup.
A free shuttle stops in front of the residence serving Pra loup 1600 in 5 minutes and Barcelonnette in 10 minutes.
The apartment has a large sunny balcony (southern expo) of 8 m2 with a magnificent mountain view.
Free parking in the residence.
Housing is located on the 1st / drc, no steps to climb.
It consists :
- An entrance with two bunk beds (80x190).
- A living room with: quicko system sofa quicko type (160x200 bed, mattress 18 cm), flat screen TV 80 cm (TNT HD and chromcast), bay window double new windows, table chairs, radiators ....
- A kitchenette with: induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, filter coffee makers and nespresso. Bread, raclette ...

Location parfaite!
Nous avons passons un super séjour! L'appartement est tout neuf, très bien équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Il se situe à Praloup 1500 ce qui est idéal car c'est bien plus tranquille que Praloup 1600.
Nous sommes ravis et si nous revenons dans le coin nous relouerons ce logement!

Tres bel appartement de ski.
Petit comme tout les appartements de montagne, necessite une organisation à 4 personnes.
L appartement est très bien situé, à côté des remontées Molanes, les bus y sont fréquents et la vue est magnifique.
Tres bon séjour, je recommande cette location.
