Pretty new 90m2 house with garage, garden, terraces close to all amenities, porscarn and torch surf spots
It is made up on the first floor of two rooms with sea view, the first equipped with a bed 160 and a cupboard, the second of two bed 90 with cupboard. A beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink, a mezzanine with desk and an independent WC.
On the ground floor a large living room living room with fully equipped open kitchen and a toilet.
A laundry room with dryer and washing machine.
A garage to store bikes, an outdoor garden hose to rinse the surfboards.

La maison était spacieuse, très bien équipée, on sent qu'il s'agit d'une vraie maison de vacances occupée régulièrement, il y a de la vie et c'est très agréable. Très bien située pour accéder à différents spots de surf, il nous a juste manqué un petit tuyau d'arrosage extérieur et de quoi étendre les combi dehors mais pour un weekend, ce n'était pas gênant.L'accueil et le départ de la maison ont été facilité par la super co-hôte, c'était impeccable ! et le petit cadeau de bienvenu, la cerise sur le gateau encore merci !

Schönes Haus mit Meerblick

Wir hatten mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet.. Andere Häuser in der Umgebung sind bretonischer, aber dafür ist der Standard sehr gut. Die Kommunikation ist hervorragend, danke dafür!

Repos au pays Bigouden

Maison idealement placée pour decouvrir cette partie de la Bretagne. Le sentier cotier passe au bord de la maison (paysage remarquable lors de gros coups de vent). Logement tres bien équipé (rien ne manque). Centre bourg accessible a pied / excellente boulangerie et fabricant de crêpes à ne pas rater. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la co hôte/ et avons passés un excellent sejour dans cette partie authentique de la Bretagne

Tolle Lage mit Meerblick

Schöne und ruhige Lage unweit der Felsküste, auf der Terrasse sieht und hört man das Meer. Zum Sandstrand läuft man eine gute Viertelstunde oder fährt mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto. Das Haus ist hell, freundlich und auch für fünf Leute gut ausgestattet, vom ausreichenden Geschirr bis zum schnellen Internet. In unserer ersten Urlaubswoche war es sehr heiß und es gab auf der Terrasse keinen Schatten, aber auf unsere Bitte wurde ein Sonnenschirm angeschafft. Danke! Auch die Garage war praktisch zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und auch gut betreut gefühlt und können uns gut vorstellen, wiederzukommen! Falls man noch etwas verbessern will, könnte vielleicht über ein Rollo für das Velux-Dachfenster und einen etwas größeren Grill nachgedacht werden. Aber auch so ist es ein wunderbares Urlaubs-Haus!

Super séjour passé à Penmarch, la maison est très bien placée. Vue sur l’océan, plage de la torche et port de St Guenolé accessible très rapidement à pied. La maison est très bien équipée, nous avons pris beaucoup de plaisir à y séjourner. Nous recommandons 😊
