While there is plenty of wildlife and you may see the ranch dogs from time to time, we do not allow pets on the property.


Located on a 900-acre working cow/calf ranch in NE Kay County Oklahoma. Angus cross cattle graze the fields surrounding the home. The views are amazing. Sit out on the covered deck, listen to the coyotes yip at dusk and watch Northern Harrier and Red-Tailed Hawks soar over the tall grass from the front porch. If you are lucky, you might spot a Bald Eagle or two.

We are located in the midst of tall grass ranch country. Just 10 minutes to Washunga Bay on Kaw Lake and only 1 1/2 miles to the Little Beaver boat ramp. Hunters and fishermen, boaters and out-of-town contractors are welcome. Just 50 minutes or 42 miles (5 of them gravel )to Pawhuska, Oklahoma and the Pioneer Woman Mercantile. 25 miles to the Tall Grass Prairie Preserve Visitor Center. 14 miles (3 miles of gravel) to Newkirk, Oklahoma. 30 miles to Ponca City and the Marland Mansion. 14 miles to the South Wind Casino. 20 miles to the Native Lights and First Council Casinos. Located right on the TransAmerica Dirt Bike Trail.

For fishermen, there is a hand-pump fresh-water well in the yard to fill your live well with non-chlorinated water.
