This is a great space. Everything you need, nice neighborhood, nice pool area, thoughtful items at the house. We walked or rode the bikes to the beach at the yacht club at least 3 times. We were quite happy with this house.

Clean, furnished with everything we needed. Nice new dock enabled plenty of fishing. Walking distance to boat house restaurant was a bonus.

GIAs Villa exceeded all expectations and provided us with an unforgettable stay last week. From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the charm and cleanliness of this Cape Coral property. First and foremost, the villa itself is in an excellent location, just minutes to the beach and all the major Cape Coral attractions. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the tastefully decorated interiors to the spacious layout that effortlessly accommodated us. The bedrooms are cozy retreats, each equipped with plush bedding and elegant furnishings, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The highlight of our stay, however, was undoubtedly the outdoor space. The villa boasts a splendid canal views, and complete with a sparkling pool. We spent countless hours soaking up the sun in the lanai. Beyond the exquisite amenities, what truly sets GIAs Villa apart is the exceptional hospitality of the hosts. From the moment we made our reservation, Tom and his team were attentive, responsive, and accommodating, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was seamless and enjoyable.
