Clean, Affordable, and Close to Everything
Check-in Process:
The check-in process was flawless. We got in late, but they had everything ready for us. The front desk provided us four keys and some guitar-shaped chocolate, which was a nice touch. The tourist desk was closed when we arrived, but they provided attraction guidance and coupons the next day. It was all very professional like you would expect at a 4-star hotel.
The Property:
The property itself felt very safe. There was a security guard at the only entrance both day and night, ensuring our safety. Anyone who did not have a wrist band (which also acted as a door key) was stopped and questioned at the entrance. It was an active facility during the day with people coming and going. There are two pools and a hot tub, and both were enjoyable. The property goes into quiet mode at 11 PM, so getting sleep was not a problem. We did have some issues with the elevator, however, and we got stuck three times. Each time management responded quickly, but it was very hot for the few minutes we were in there. After the third time, we took the stairs, which was a pain with us being on the third floor.
The Room:
I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the condo. The pictures did not do it justice. Even for four adults, there was plenty of space. Everything was clean and exactly as described. The air condition was on, and it worked flawlessly. All the amenities one would expect from a hotel were in the condo, which was nice. The furniture was comfortable enough, and the beds were fabulous. Not everything was perfect, however. The main bathtub was missing a shower curtain, which management addressed it immediately. Both of the toilets would also randomly flush as well, which we reported as we left. I am confident they fixed them after we checked out.
The Verdict:
We stayed there for three days, and we enjoyed our time there. If we are ever in Nashville again, we will definitely consider staying there a second time. The overall experience was well worth the price we paid ($250ish a night).
