Because our cottage is ideal for relaxing as a family with children (baby bed and high chair, see photos), or with friends, in total PRIVACITY and SECURITY (disabled access, fire alarms, fire extinguisher, 4 exits, etc.) See video on 3rd photo 😍. A work table with Wifi is there if you want to telework. Large accommodation, 156 m2 useful (see plan in photos) very large private garden (450m2) private swimming pool (7x14 meters, child safety barrier, shallow "paddling pool" for children), ping-pong table, comfortable, perfectly furnished... 4 bedrooms (3 with 140 double bed, 1 with 3 90 cm beds) bathroom + separate shower room + 2 separate toilets, outdoor dining room with plancha, secure private parking...

Ideally located, our cottage is in the middle of the vineyards, on the outskirts of Nîmes, 5 minutes from exit 25 of the A9 motorway. You can stay at home, go walking (3 walking routes near the farmhouse that we will show you), golf (2 18-hole golf courses), and visit the region.

Cleaning fees are included; the cottage is completely cleaned (including COVID treatment) at each change of occupants, all surfaces, furniture... All bedding and linen were washed before your stay at more than 60°. As the place is completely private, you will not meet anyone there, you will be perfectly peaceful and sheltered.

Ideal for 9 people including teenagers and/or children over 3 years old (bed and high chair for babies). Sheets and towels provided.
All new household appliances and bedding, dish and linen washing machines, large fridge and freezer, induction hob, ice maker, television, wifi... Photos and videos will enlighten you on the quality of the place. Parking for 2 cars.
Facing the swimming pool, an outdoor dining room for 10 people protected by a large Barnum, lit and with gas plancha.

The cottage is 280 m as the crow flies south of the A9 motorway. Outside, if Mistral wind from the North, slight background noise which no previous occupant has been concerned about or complained about. No noise inside
