Treetops Villa Guest Suite 2

Perched high above Grenada's scenic north coast, in a secluded woodland setting, Treetops Villa offers the ultimate in peace and tranquility.

The villa is about an hour's drive north of the hustle and bustle of the island's capital, St. George's, and about an hour and a half from the airport. It is less than two miles from the historic town of Sauteurs, which has grocery stores, shops and restaurants.

The view from Treetops definitely has the WOW factor!!! The villa's spacious verandas provide spectacular views of Carriacou and other islands in the Grenadines.

The location is ideal for anyone who wishes to get back to nature, relax and unwind. Gorgeous deserted sand beaches are a short walk or drive away. Hiking, snorkelling, bird-watching, butterfly spotting, and turtle watching are available nearby.

Guest Suite 2 (the "Butterfly Suite")
Treetops Villa has two guest suites -- the Fish Suite and the Butterfly Suite. Both boast fabulous views from a shared veranda. Both have Queen beds. Both have ensuite bathrooms with stand-up showers. Both have kitchenettes, which include tea and coffee making facilities, toaster, refrigerator, microwave and china.

From the verandas on the top two levels you can enjoy the surrounding gardens filled with colourful tropical flowers and fruit trees.

Great View But Some Exceptions

Listing was accurate and had a gorgeous view from the deck but we ran into some issues during our stay: 1) we couldn't find the property even though we clicked the "Get Directions" directly from VRBO that dropped GPS coordinates. We were way on the other side of the mountain and it took almost an hour to find. 2) Our toilet didn't work during our stay. They refunded us a portion of the money but at the end of the day, there was no toilet for us to use for 3 days/2 nights, 3) it was pretty warm. There is a great cross breeze but given the direction of the wind, it doesn't come into the room. It's only bearable with the door open which isn't ideal at night. We asked for a fan but there was only 1 and apparently other guests had it.
