Outbuilding of 40m2 fully renovated villa, quiet, close to the sea (5 minutes from the Pointe Rouge district), 15 minutes from Luminy, 10 minutes from the Vélodrome and the coves of Morgiou & Sormiou (10mn).
Access to the spa and the swimming pool in compliance with the rules of life and neighborhood.

Accommodation located near the city center, Calanques Park and Cassis in 15 / 20mn. Ideal location for climbers and hikers.
Private parking.
Public transport & vélib accessible in 5 minutes

The accommodation is renovated. It is equipped with a bed, a sofa bed, 2 coffee tables and a storage cabinet. WiFi is available.
