Beautiful room with desk and private bathroom

On the 2nd floor of a villa on the Crown (13500 Martigues), this private room under the roof has all the assets for you to spend a pleasant stay. Very bright with its velux, it will allow you to rest with maximum comfort or work in peace.

Bedroom / study / living room
A large bed 160 x 2 meters, Simmons springs mattress new 23 cm, provision of sheets and duvets, 2 pillows for sleeping on the back / side or on belly / side.
A desk and a very comfortable work chair, a 4K 108cm HD TV with TNT channels, Krups Dolce Gusto coffee machine, Amazon Echo for music listening, Internet access via free WiFi.
A real 2 seater sofa and 2 armchairs, mini dressing room, drink cooler (mini-bar see hotel).

Bathroom / WC
A very pretty bright bathroom with furniture / basin and 3 large drawers, led lighting, shower 80x80cm, heated towel rail, WC and Velux. Provision of a new hair dryer and 2 sets of bath towels (white / gray).

Features
Housekeeping provided every Friday afternoon.
Provision of equipped kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer if needed, above ground pool in summer and terrace on sunny days.

Villa in a residence secured by automatic gate. Parking possible in front of the house, very convenient for luggage, shopping and parking at night on the way home.

Quiet, silence (min 23h-6h) and assured discretion, calm, silence and discretion required.

Access and amenities
Ideally located, the villa is located on the Côte bleue, near the SNCF station of La Couronne and bus stops a few hundred meters only (possible recovery by car), fast track to Marseille, Martigues, Lavéra, ...
Nearby the village of La Couronne has all the amenities, bakery, deli, press, tobacco, La Poste, supermarket, pizzerias, ...
The setting is beautiful, between sea and hill and will offer you the most beautiful Mediterranean landscapes that are. The accommodation is only a few hundred meters from the beach, the creeks, the village (no need to use your car).

Par où commencer ... En un mot, « Topissime » !! Un propriétaire bienveillant, et au petit soin. Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec lui, il a su guider nos journées pour les visites ! La chambre est spacieuse et contient tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre séjour. Niveau propreté +++ Rien à dire et nous recommandons sans hésiter ! Petit plus nous sommes à quelques minutes de la grande plage de sable de la couronne et c’est très appréciable. Merci encore Gilles !!

J'ai bien bien aimé le propriétaire qui est très sympathique et de très bon conseil. Petite résidence très propre et bien spacieuse pour 2 personne. Endroit situé dans une résidence privée et sécurisé. Contourner par des arbres et à l'écoute par un chant merveilleux de cigales, très apaisant et cerise sur le gâteau on est à une minute de la plage et de l endroit des tournages pour série camping paradis.
