This charming, four bedroom, two and a half bath, near-ocean, split-level home with outdoor spa offers great value to those looking for designer decor and a nearly new residence. The backyard includes a spa and deck. A junior swing set and fenced yard makes this a family friendly getaway. Casita Amarilla is located mid-island and is convenient to all parts of Hilton Head Island. It is less than a block to one of five island public beach entrances at the end of Bradley Beach Road. Fine dining, island culture, shopping, arts and attractions, renown golf and tennis facilities, and more are just a short distance away.
The floor plan for the first level includes a living room with fireplace. A 36-inch TV with CD/DVD player makes this room a cozy gathering place. This level also includes a dining area seating six, modern complete kitchen with breakfast counter, laundry room, and a half bath. And you'll find a bedroom that can double as a study/den with a sleeper sofa, desk, and a dedicated computer line. Upstairs is the master bedroom with king bed, sitting area, TV and private bath. Completing the upstairs are two additional bedrooms with queen and twin beds respectively, and share a full bath. No Smoking permitted.
