The entire house has recently been renovated. You will be close to the beach, the Cabourg thalassotherapy center, shops and downtown.

• Dining room overlooking on the opened kitchen: dining table for 8 people.
• Opened kitchen on the dining room: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine and traditional coffee machine, kettle and oven. Necessary to taste seafood platters, raclette service.
• 1st bedroom: bunk beds for 2 people.
• 2nd bedroom: 2 single beds in a bright room.

• 4th bedroom: king size bed on the ground floor.

• Jacuzzi exclusively destined at the relaxation of adults (available from April to October included). Forbidden to children due to the high concentration in chemicals to keep water clean. Hygiene and security rules must be respected. In case of non-compliance, the deposit will be retained.
• Private Parking (2 cars in the garden) and available places in front of the house.

Plus: hair dryer, washing machine, clothes dryer, books and games for children, DVD/BluRay player, vacuums, garden shed for storing bikes and other beach games.

Included: WiFi, linen (beds ready at your arrival) and towels etc.

- GUEST ACCESS -

The accommodation is on two floors, with stairs, with one bedroom with double bed on the ground floor. You will be given one set of keys on your arrival.

IMPORTANT: check in is between 5pm and 9pm, check out is by 10am latest.

On arrival, you will be welcomed by our local partner who will be dedicated in providing you with a high-quality service and make your stay with us pleasant and relaxing. We will assist with ensuring you have the keys to the house, fresh clean high quality towels and linen, professional cleaning and any further assistance in case of need.

The house is very close to the downtown, but still in a quiet and calm district. You will find bakery, a supermarket Carrefour Market, bike rental and multiple restaurants nearby.

• Cabourg train Station, 5 minutes’ away by car.

- WARNING -

• Parties are not allowed in the house.
• Non smoking house.
• No pets.
• The Jacuzzi is exclusively for adult relaxation. Forbidden to children. The rules of health and safety announced on arrival must absolutely be respected. In case of non-compliance of the rules, the deposit will be retained.
• Due to the unrespectful behaviour of some guests who let the SPA cover open during hours after use, use it an external bath tub for their children or charge their electric cars with the house power plugs, an overage fee of 25 cents a kWh will be charged when exceeding 8 kWh aper night spent in the house.
