Very unsatisfactory stay!
I would not recommend this property to any one unless the homeowner and management company will fix, update and thoroughly clean this house. Everything is falling apart, no attention to cleanness, just on a surface to make it look as if it is clean. When people go an vacation they want to enjoy their stay not try to clean up after the "cleaning crew".

Local Manager and Maintenance Team are Liars
My 60th birthday celebration with family. Property advertised of having Hot tub, BBQ, two fireplaces, clean and beautiful furnishings. We arrived and found an empty, broken down, heap of a hot tub that appeared to have been neglected for months, and nearly inaccessible due to maintained access to the hot tub. BBQ was working but cemented in 2’ of ice from months of snow fall and snow melt, instead of having ongoing maintenance of the area for access. There was heaps of trash in the garage from many previous visitors that we had to move in order to park our 2 vehicles and access them safely. Three of the beds were broken and/or missing mattresses. The master room fireplace didn’t work. A closet door in upstairs mini apartment was off its hinges and fell on my daughter in law when she opened it. The advertised recliner in living room was torn, broken down and had sharp metal and splintered wood exposed, creating a hazard to my grandchildren. We found marijuna joints in master bedside table and a full marijuna vapor cigarette on living room floor, a great concern that one of my young grandchildren could have put them in their mouths had found them first. Hot water didn’t heat up enough to bathe until 24 hours of use. Long story short I request 1/2 reimbursement for false advertising of a hot tub, let alone all the other issues, and ultimately was called a liar by the property manager, who manages the property from a distant location and depends on her “local” maintenance team to advise her of concerns, which they blatantly lied to her about. Despite photos and videos of evidence I provided the manager she only reimburse me a small percentage of what I requested, and only did so with my continued efforts and requests. She also indicated that the company has no complaint process beyond herself, when I asked to speak with her manager or file a complaint. Our last conversation she hung up on me. This led me to file a complaint through my bank, as it was the source I used for payment to Vacasa, and is currently under investigation.

Worst rental I’ve ever experienced
I arrived at check-in time to a dirty house - it had not been cleaned since the last renters had left. There were piles of trash in the garage, all the beds had been slept in, a chair was broken, and there were no clean towels. Cleaners could not come until the next morning and they had no other properties to relocate us to. The hot tub was disgusting AND cold, and even though I requested and was told that someone would come fix it, no one ever did. The WiFi also didn’t work the entire stay, despite restarting multiple times. I was never offered a solution for the WiFi. The house does not have enough hot water for 7 people.

Adequate
This is a large home that accommodated my family of eight plus 4 dogs. We all slept well and were comfortable. I expected a lot more for the money we spent though. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean but other areas needed more attention (hair and debris on the night tables etc). There is a large broken armchair that resides in the living room for some reason that is a hazard. Lots of broken blinds. Back door to apartment unit would not open. Hot tub barely accessible (i had to call company to send someone to try and sculpt out a safer access after 3 of us had slipped and fallen). I had to clean up after previous renters dog. Etc... no pride of ownership with this property. Run by a company. Reached out a few days before check in to see if they had a pack and play and high chair, but didnt hear back until day after check in. Was advised that this property did not have those items but in actual fact they do! They were in the large closet located off the living room. This all being said, we enjoyed the area and being able to be all together.
