Mary's Beach Villa is a newly built 4 bedroom property, located directly on Burgeaux Bay Beach. The villa has 4 bedrooms all with Ocean View, ensuite bathrooms and is fully air-conditioned through out. Property features include a private pool, deck, and rooftop lounge. Mary's Beach Villa is fully equipped with modern appliances, Wifi and Cable TV in all rooms.

The property has a very beachy and zen feel to it. The decor is simple yet trendy. The sparkling, blue, waters of the Caribbean Sea and Saba across the way provide the perfect backdrop. From the pool deck or roof top lounge observe the flow of water traffic throughout the day and at dusk bask in the most brilliant Caribbean Sunsets!

Guests will have access to all areas with the exception of the utility room. Concierge services included.

Beacon hill is a mixed residential neighbourhood on the south - west coast of St. Maarten. It is situated on a peninsula jutting into the Caribbean Sea. There are two beaches for guest and residents both to enjoy. The Sunset Views are amongst some of the best on Island. Beacon Hill is within walking distance to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and night life!

It is recommended that guests rent a vehichle or engage a private driver for their stay.

The property has onsite parking for 3 - 4 cars depending on size.

Simpson bay no oven

The contact person is inaccurate in the listing and can not be reached as she is not the correct contact for this property. I messaged 2 times and no response. In addition it states in the description to have a “ fully equipped kitchen” , that was not the case. The was no oven , as stated in listing. That is not a fully equipped kitchen. A kitchen.” Additionally the microwave in the house shocks you when you push the open button
