Property Details:
This 85-sqm apartment is located on the 4th floor with an elevator. This flat has a small private balcony overlooking Spinola Bay (smoking is not permitted). The living area is furnished with a flat screen TV, sofa and dining table and chairs. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, full refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washer and drying rack for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.

Both bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one full en-suite bathroom and one bathroom accessible via the hallway, both have showers, sinks and toilets. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls and hand soap to start your stay.

Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans are provided.

Check-in instructions will be provided upon confirmation of the reservation. Self-checkins will be done by collecting the property keys at a nearby location (a local shop). Please consult the listing for information about fees applied for in-person checkin.

You’ll find plenty of opportunities to try out new water sports or take an excursion to the neighboring islands of Gozo and Comino. - Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below).
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Final cleaning fee: 30€

- Damage Deposit : A damage deposit payment of 400€ is required before arrival

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 25 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

Other things to note:
A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €40 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €40. Both can be provide for €60. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a €50 late check-in fee. If you arrive even later, after 10:00PM, the check-in fee will be €90. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

PLEASE NOTE CONSTRUCTION WORKS ARE CURRENTLY TAKING PLACE ALL OVER THE MALTESE ISLANDS, INCLUDING CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW APARTMENT BUILDING NEXT DOOR. THE LIFT IS OUT OF ORDER UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, AND WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE CAUSED. SOME MINOR DISTURBANCES MAY BE EXPECTED DURING NORMAL WORKING HOURS DURING WEEKDAYS.

Saubere Wohnung, tolle Lage, aber..
Ich muss sagen die Lage und die Sauberkeit der Wohnung sowie die Ausstattung war einwandfrei, das einzige Problem das wir hatten war 1. Bei der Ankunft ging das WLan nicht und auch der Fernseher hatte keinen Empfang. Wir haben zwar öfter angedeutet dass der Fernseher nicht geht, aber irgendwie hat der Eigentümer mir nach einer Woche angeboten einen Techniker zu schicken. Wir haben dann keinen mehr gewollt, also alles gut. Das eher grössere Problem war mit dem Strom, der ständig ausgefallen ist, wenn man den Ofen oder die Klimaanlage mit einem anderen Gerät gleichzeitig benutzt hat. Und leider musste man dann runter zum Steomkasten, an einem Abend war ich vlt 10 Mal hintereinander unten. Ich hab einen 3 Jahrigen Sohn, den ich nicht alleine lassen kann. Und das war schon etwas lästig, wenn man oben ankommt und das gleiche geht von vorne los. Ansonsten, super ausblick, ruhiges Appartment, super Lage, Bushaltestelle 50m entfernt, Supermarkt zu Fuss Erreichbar. Vielen Dank
