On the ground floor, a superb living room welcomes you with its lounge area, dining corner and fully equipped kitchen. A shower room with WC and a small laundry area complete the ensemble.
On the first floor, two double-bedded rooms offer a calm and warm sleeping space.
A small courtyard equipped with garden furniture allows you to store bicycles and beach equipment.
Summer or winter, for a weekend or holidays, you will appreciate its charm, comfort and tranquillity.

- House not accessible for people with reduced mobility or walking difficulties (bedrooms upstairs).
- The staircase must be used with caution by children and must be strictly supervised by parents. It is an open staircase without a handrail, equipped with 2 wall-mounted handrails (see photos).

Near the beaches of Saint Philibert, La Trinité-sur-Mer and Carnac, water sports, tennis courts, sailing school, possibility of hiking or cycling (marked trails), trip to Quiberon and cruises on the Gulf or to the offshore islands (Belle-Île, Houat, Hoedic).
For golf enthusiasts, Golf Saint-Laurent is 20 minutes by car.
