Modern charm meets cozy elegance in this newly renovated home. Walk to the Lewis Ginger Botanical Gardens or visit one of our local restaurants and shops in the neighborhood like Hob Nob, RVA Antiques, Final Gravity Brewery and Lakeside Farmer’s Market.

Unwind on the large private deck or enjoy a movie night on the wrap around couch. The cottage features brand new furniture, upgraded appliances, comfortable beds, an open looping floor plan, hardwood floors, Smart TV, parking for three cars, and laundry on-site.

Located on a quiet residential street, our central location makes all of Richmond quickly accessible. The Museum District, The Diamond, Carytown, The Fan, ARC Park (a state-of-the-art playground for children), Richmond Raceway, University of Richmond, and VCU/MCV are all a 5-15 minute drive away.

We are an 8-minute drive to Scott’s Addition, the booming Cultural Center offering 13 breweries, a rooftop bar, bowling alley, cinema and more. We will gladly provide personalized recommendations for restaurants, local attractions, coffee shops and grocery stores. Just let us know what you are looking for, we will be happy to help!

We have a Pack'n'play and folding tables that are available upon request with advanced notice.

Visiting family in Richmond
Perfect for our trip, comfortable home, great furniture, all the amenities needed to arrive relax and focus on family. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Easy drive to all neighborhoods and great spaces for relaxing. Easy check in process, clean, and so well appointed. Consider this one before a Richmond hotel, responsive owner and comfortable home away from home. We had a great experience.

I rent from VRBO often and Carolyn has been the most responsive owner so far. Communications were fast and easy. The house was gorgeously decorated, perfectly matches the pictures, and perfectly clean.

Absolutely adorable home!
Took my mom to Richmond for a “girls weekend” - this adorable home was absolutely perfect! All the amenities we needed, great location close to botanical gardens, restaurants and shopping. Ever inch of the home is perfectly decorated. Can’t wait to come back!
