Property was not as advertised. Rented this property for my daughter’s graduation. No AC on the second floor. Stifling hot. No internet. The owner interrupted our brunch but could not remedy the internet issues Would not recommend this property to anyone.

During your stay, internet issues indicated that the Wi-Fi equipment had been altered, cutting off the security cameras in place. This is a violation of house rules to ensure the safety surrounding the property. We also note that several house rules were not followed, including over the limit of guest count, hosting unpermitted gatherings, and remaining on the property beyond the agreed checkout time. Additionally, the property required extensive cleaning and repairs after checkout. We strive to provide every guest with a positive experience and encourage all guests to review the listing details and house rules before booking. It is important to note that this review varies drastically from previous reviews.

Great house for a family gathering in Richmond. Very nice set up with inviting living room and dining options for group. Bedrooms were very comfortable and provided great spaces for separation (important with kids)! Host was very responsive. Definitely would stay here again!

Very comfortable stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Richmond and happy we found such a comfortable and clean place. Good showers and very comfortable beds, pillows and sheets. Will definitely stay again if get get ba k to Richmond for family events.

Everything was perfect. The house is absolutely adorable. We had everything we needed to even bake special Halloween treats for the grandkids. The house is spotless inside and out. The backyard firepit is also a great feature to this home. We loved our stay and will be back.

Great place for a family

Stayed here with a group of 6 and the house was very comfortable for us. The house was well stocked and everything was very clean. The location was great and there was enough room to park our 3 cars in the driveway comfortably.

The property was well cared for and very clean. It had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Backyard with fire pit is very cute. There was 6 adults in our party and the house was a perfect size with 2 full bathrooms. Although our stay was in September, it turned out to be a very hot, over 90 degrees, and as the other reviews pointed out the A/C did not work well upstairs

Cute house!

The house was very clean, cute, and had everything you could need. I really liked the fact that it had bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. Beautiful back yard! Quiet neighborhood, close to lots of stores and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and everyone enjoyed their stay.
