Located in the heart of Ogunquit, this house is right off of Main Street where all the highly desired restaurants, stores, and boutiques are (~3 min walk). The location cannot be more PERFECT, providing easy, walkable access to amenities, while situated at the end a quiet cul-de-sac for ‘relaxation after relaxation’ on the beach! Walk to Main Beach, Marginal Way, Perkins Cove, the Ogunquit Playhouse and more. Leave your car at the house and save yourself from traffic and parking! Don’t like walking? The local trolley can bring you around!

The house has 3 bedrooms, tastefully designed and fitted with the softest bed linens for our guests' comfort. The house can accommodate up to 8 people with 2 king beds, 2 twin beds, and a pull out sofa. There are 3 bathrooms with a total of 3 showers and a luxury claw-foot soaker tub. The bathrooms are stocked with ultra-soft cotton towels and all the necessary bathroom amenities!

House is fully equipped and curated with care. The house has air-conditioning throughout, 2 fireplaces, Wi-Fi, high-def TVs, cable, a chef’s kitchen, multiple furnished deck and patio spaces, propane and charcoal grills, firepit, foosball table, ping pong table, board games, beach chairs/umbrellas/cart, cooler, boogie boards, 4 season porch, washer & dryer and much more! After going to the beach, wash off the sand with the outdoor hot and cold shower! The house is equipped with exterior cameras at the front door and flood light areas for guest and property security.

All guests will receive a detailed welcome package to make you feel right at home and get your vacation off on the right foot. We look forward to welcoming you!

Matt and I are avid travelers, staying at short term rentals and B&Bs to embrace the local scene. Since having kids, we appreciate short term rentals even more, where we value a larger space for our kids who like to run, a kitchen to prep meals and snacks, and a tub for bath time! The added conveniences of having personal space is invaluable while on vacation! We prefer to stay away from the standard hotel rooms, but understand the ease of having a person to talk to to learn about local area happenings and must visit spots! We will be available to chat if you ever have questions about the area and will have local brochures and maps available for easy reference.
While we still enjoy our adventures, we do more local traveling now with our two young boys. We fell in love with Ogunquit for the beach, the food and shops in the downtown, and the genuinely friendly people! We bought this house to share our love of Ogunquit and beach life, and equipped it with our guests in mind.
