Located in the old village of Seynod, in Annecy, this nice and modern flat with a 15 sq. m terrace can accommodate up to 4 people. Close to shops and restaurants, this flat is perfect in order to visit the city, the lake and the mountains.

Our apartment decorated with taste, is on the 1st floor (without elevator) and consists of a living space of 65sq. m. It includes :
- a bright living room,
- a nice terrace with a view on gardens,
- a well-equipped open kitchen (kettle, expresso coffee machine, Bialetti coffemaker, oven, microwave, induction hobs, dish washer, fridge, toaster, freezer),
- a bathroom with shower,
- TV and WIFI,
- the flat includes also : vacuum cleaner, household products, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and baby-bed,
- a private bike-room.
A parking lot is included in the accommodation.

## Neighborhood

Located in the heart of the village of Seynod, this flat will be a perfect start to visit Annecy and the surrounding mountains. From the bus stop 250m away, a bus will take you to Annecy city-center in 20 minutes, where you will be able to visit the Palais de l’Île and the castle, enjoy the Casino or the lovely gardens along the lake. A public swimming pool close to the flat will also relax you.
Thanks to the quick access from the highway (8 min from the way out Annecy-Centre), you could access easily to all the nice beaches of the Annecy lake, or go to La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand ski stations.

Très bel appartement-bien situé pour visiter Annecy et sa région

L'appartement est fidèle à l'annonce, bien équipé, bien situé, belle terrasse, bonne literie. Concernant la gestion de la location par Welkey, nous sommes plus mitigés. On nous demande l'heure de notre arrivée par texto, auquel nous répondons 17h, est-ce que cela vous convient ! Pas de réponse ... Nous recevons un autre texto demandant de finaliser la validation de notre caution en ligne alors que l'annonce sur le site indique Dépôt de garantie à payer à l'arrivée. 2 relances, nous payons en ligne le jour de notre arrivée. Un autre interlocuteur nous demande si nous pouvons arriver plus tôt. Ok pour 15h. Puis autre texto nous demandant si possible d'arriver plus tard. Nous éviterons désormais les locations gérées par un intermédiaire, et surtout par Welkeys qui prends des commissions supplémentaires même pour le versement de la caution.
