Beautiful detached chalet on 2 levels of 107m2 in the middle of a pretty garden and view on the mountains. 20 minutes from the lake and Annecy by car
The chalet has:
3 bedrooms: all equipped with beds 90X200 with duvets and pillows, baby bed
2 bathrooms: a shower and a bathtub; and 2 toilets, one of which is independent.
Open plan kitchen opening onto a beautiful living / dining room, overlooking a balcony and terrace.
At the bottom, in addition to two of the bedrooms and a bathroom, a garage is available to store your sports equipment, with the washing machine.
A large garden surrounds the chalet with a beautiful shaded terrace and barbecue.
The chalet is in a small village 20 minutes from Annecy, 35 minutes from La Clusaz and 45 minutes from Geneva.

Nathalie was a good host. She was very helpful and quick to respond. The chalet was as described and felt spacious. Good location. Well equipped. There was some building work going on at a neighbouring property whilst we were there which was noisy especially if we were sitting in the garden. This was a shame as it did disturb the peace but otherwise we had a lovely stay.

Fantastic chalet in a beautiful environment that offers so much

We very much enjoyed our stay. The chalet is very spacious, the host is friendly and always ready to help. A 100% recommendation for familiy holidays in the summertime.

Lovely chalet in a quiet village

The chalet is a lovely spot, great for dining outside and lovely views. We barbecued in the sunshine and it provides easy access to all around the area.

A great base

The property is spacious and well equipped with a great garden for the kids to play in. The property is well located in a quiet village and Annecy is a 15 minute drive away.

Excellent stay—didn’t want to leave!

We had an excellent stay. As other reviewers said, it’s even better than the photos. The house is spacious and has everything you’d need. The views are beautiful and the location is quiet and peaceful. It’s easy to get to Villaz for groceries and food and it isn’t far from Annecy. The host was wonderful and made us all feel very welcome. We’d definitely come back to stay here again. Merci, Nathalie!

Annecy chalet

Lovely quiet chalet close to Annecy which is a great base to explore the local area. Its only a short drive from here to the local beaches, shopping and forests. The house itself was clean, tidy and had all the facilities you would want for a family with lots of attention to detail making the stay stress free. The host lives next door and is easily contactable for help if needed but you are very much left to enjoy the peace and quiet and views it offers. Overall a great choice in a lovely area of Annecy.

Très correct et idéalement placé. Seul problème important pour les utilisateurs de voiture électrique le manque de borne moyen et haut débit à proximité. Il faut descendre sur Annecy pour charger.

Nous avons une semaine formidable dans le chalet de Nathalie. Le logement est très propre, tres joliment aménagé, très fonctionnel, et l’emplacement merveilleux ! Nous avons passé un super séjour dans le beau chalet de Nathalie cet été. Elle nous a accueillie le premier jour, puis est repassée nous voir à notre départ. La communication était parfaite entre nous.Le chalet était super : propre, grand, agréable, confortable, calme, conforme à l’annonce, très bien équipé. Il est également très bien situé dans la région, car nous avons pu nous rendre à beaucoup de supers endroits sans faire trop de route.Une belle adresse à retenir.Merci beaucoup.

Une très belle semaine, pour la deuxieme fois dans le chalet de Nathalie malgré une météo plus que capricieuse.Un cocon où l'on se sent bien, il y a tous les équipements dont nous avons besoin, une propreté irréprochable et une literie confortable.
